Landlord Fees

Tenant Find Service: 

• £500 – payment is taken from 1st months rent from the tenant

• £150 for an inventory up to 2 bedrooms

• £200 for an inventory 3-4 bedrooms

• £250 for an inventory 5+ bedrooms

• £75 per tenant if referencing is requested

• £25 per tenant for Right-to-Rent check (this is a legal minimum)

Rent Collection Service: 

• £250 initial set up – payment is taken from 1st months rent from the tenant

• £150 for an inventory up to 2 bedrooms

• £200 for an inventory 3-4 bedrooms

• £250 for an inventory 5+ bedrooms

• £30 monthly fee

• £75 per tenant if referencing is requested

• £25 per tenant for Right-to-Rent check (this is a legal minimum)

• £195 for re-let advertising & tenancy documents

Fully Managed Service: 

• £250 initial set up – payment is taken from 1st months rent from the tenant

• £10.8% monthly fee (9% plus VAT @ 20%)

• £195 for re-let advertising & tenancy documents

• £75 per tenant if referencing is requested

• £25 per tenant for Right-to-Rent check (this is a legal minimum)

(all fees include VAT at the current rate)
