When you have instructed us to place your property on the market, we will produce full colour brochures that can be handed out, sent out or emailed to buyers or renters in a pdf format. Property placed on the market 'For Sale' will also benefit from the production of a floor plan and a property virtual tour that can be viewed online.

Proactive Selling and Renting

Over the years we have invested heavily in our proactive software systems, building a GDPR friendly client database of people looking to either buy or rent property. When a new property is placed on the market with us, our software system will automatically match your property to our vast database of clients. Those clients are then contacted by our dedicated team members so that viewings can be arranged. By being proactive we find that several of our listings never make it onto Rightmove or Zoopla as buyers are found that quickly!

EPC's

Every property in the UK is required to have an EPC (energy performance certificate) before it can be legally sold or rented. Your property may already have one in place, but its worth checking by visiting the national epc register online. The rental sector in particular has gone through many changes with regard to minimum required EPC standards or (MEES).
